Supplier catalogs continue to be implemented for catalog purchasing in Aggie Enterprise. Please check this page frequently for updates.
See the Contacts page for a list of representatives that can assist with questions on a specific catalog.
If you wish to use a supplier that has not yet been implemented, a non-catalog Requisition in Aggie Enterprise should be created, citing the applicable agreement number listed below. Be sure you include all applicable catalog and/or part numbers in the Item Description field on the Requisition as well.
A Procurement Card can also be used, but be sure you cite the university agreement number when contacting the supplier, to ensure university pricing, terms, and conditions. The Procurement Card can only be used up to the default spending limit of less than $10K, regardless of the spend amount allowed on the agreement.
